Spring in New York Etc.

what's coming up this spring!

Here's some of the more highlighted events for Suzi Stern coming up soon!

I will be singing with the world renowned West Coast Jazz guitarist John Stowell at Casa Karen in Austin Texas on Sunday April 11th from 7:00 to 8:30...this intimate setting is the perfect way to hear the subtle nuances of Johns stylings weaving through and supporting my vocals...he's amazing!

On Thursday April 22nd I will be the featured guest artist with the Austin based Latin Jazz group G.A.T.O 6 at the Elephant Room at 315 Congress Ave. in Austin. 9:30 to 1:30 a.m.
This sensational band of all original tunes is the brain child of George Alan Thadeus Oldziey....thus G.A.T.O. and yes....there are 6 cats in the band! I really hope you'll come out to hear this group....it's a blast.

On Wednesday May 19th I will be singing with an incomparable group at KITANO in N.Y.C.
KITANO features vocalists on Wednesdays and I am truly honored to be performing with 3 world class musicians...

the month of love!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the concert this past Thursday night at the Elephant Room! The band sounded fantastic, and it was a blast singing with such a great rhythm section. It was a cold rainy night but the club was packed and it was a warm and inviting atmosphere inside thanks to the brave music fans who ventured out in spite of the weather!

Tomorrow is Valentines Day ( Sunday Feb. 14th) and I will be performing with George Oldziey (on piano) at Chez Z from 6:00 to 10:00. I hope we'll see you there!

looking at a chilly February we have a couple of heart warming Valentines gigs to present you with!
